"Tras adquirir, hace 15 días, un porta bebés y un bolso, se ha roto la cuerda de una de las cremalleras. Me pongo en contacto con atención al cliente y me dicen que para evaluar reparación o sustitución debo asumir los gastos de enviar el producto (de España a Holanda). Si el producto es de mala calidad o tiene algún defecto de fabricación, son responsables de solventar el problema y atender correctamente este tipo de incidencias. A la vista de lo sucedido, no voy a usar el porta bebés, no quiero poner en riesgo la seguridad y bienestar de mi niña."
